Five star service! For years I’ve been bringing my car in for air in my tires. Today I had a problem with a tire. Turns out it was a nail. The repair was made within 30 minutes and Only $25.
Brought my car in because of a tire that couldn't be replaced because of a large cut caused by who knows what. We purchased our tires there 3 years ago. Were told to replace all of the tires to match the treads of because of 50 percent tread. I never heard of this. We only do city driving so don't understand the logic. So if this happens again, I need to replace all of them again?

When you have an AWD vehicle it is required that you have consistent tire diameters to maintain performance and prevent damage to the drivetrain. Having inconsistent tire diameters can cause the AWD system to work harder causing potential damage. Having tire diameter uniformity, from replacing all four tires, helps maintain the proper balance in the AWD system. (We looked for a similar diameter used tire at our two stores and did not have any.)
